Gary Young

Founder and Partner
Gary Young has been a Vocational Expert since 1982, providing vocational evaluations and testifying in Social Security hearings and courts. He specializes in evaluations of employment related matters documenting the objective findings and intervening events in a clear, concise, methodical manner to clarify employability and economic matters in the tri-state area.
Mr. Young holds the following licenses and certifications:

Katherine Young
MA, CRC, LPC, CVE, LCP, CESP
Partner
Katherine Young is an experienced rehabilitation counselor and has a passion for educating and guiding others. Ms. Young earned a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. She continued her studies and obtained a Transition Special Education certification. Ms. Young serves the rehabilitation community on the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association board since 2018, and on the executive board since 2022. Prior to working in the vocational rehabilitation setting, Ms. Young was a public school teacher in Philadelphia.

Ashley Logan
Office Manager and Technical Writer
Ashley Logan is an accomplished technical writer with a strong background in ERISA law, opinion, and Trust & Estates planning. She obtained her Master of Arts in Writing from Cedar Crest College and has recently transitioned to specializing in vocational case review and analysis. Ms. Logan is recognized as one of our team's most articulate writers.
She completed a BA in Political Science at Gettysburg College and an MFA in Writing from Cedar Crest College.
